How does it work
We follow a Analyze-Develop-Deploy-Review-Certify model within our ISO certification consulting service. This ensures that the certification objectives are achieved within determined timeframe and with appropriate level of deliverables.
During the initiation of our consulting engagement for an ISO Certification, our consultants analyze our customer’s operating environment and business model. As a result the consultants identify the extent to which our customers comply to the selected ISO standard and also determine the missing components. This helps our consultants to design the most appropriate management system development approach.
Based on the outcomes of the ‘Analyze’ phase, we design and develop the required system that addresses the missing components within our customer’s existing system and aligns the system to the requirements of the selected ISO standard(s). All the necessary processes and systems are documented using our highly effective documentation approaches.
The documented system is deployed by our customer’s representatives and specific teams under our consultant’s guidance. Our ISO Consultants and Trainers train and hand-hold these teams during the complete deployment phase. The training includes sessions on ISO awareness, ISO Internal Auditing and any specific ISO standards related training identified during the analyze and develop phases.
Once the deployment starts progressing our ISO Auditors conduct audits and reviews of the deployed components using our well established audits and assessments methodology. The results are analyzed and appropriate corrections and/or corrective actions are developed for the identified gaps. Our consultants train and hand-hold the customer’s team for establishing such actions.
After the deployed system achieves appropriate level of conformance to the desired ISO standards, we help our customers get the system certified from accredited certification body. Our consultants provide necessary support and assistance to our customer teams during and after the ISO certification audits.
Our proven and well established methodology assures our customers of desired success in implementing the systems per selected standards and with the certification process.
